Spreadsheet Reporting using the Actuate e.Spreadsheet Engine
This demo shows how the Actuate e.Spreadsheet Engine, when embedded within a J2EE application, can generate rich spreadsheet content from corporate data sources.
This example takes spreadsheet report templates created with the Actuate e.Spreadsheet Designer and turns them into rich spreadsheet output. The spreadsheets can be represented to the user as Excel files, as a spreadsheet Applet, or as HTML. Most of the coding for this example happens within Java Servlets and JSP.
